LUXURY BLOCK OF 8 FLATS IN NORTH FINCHLEY LONDON

Titled: LUXURY BLOCK OF 8 FLATS IN NORTH FINCHLEY LONDON. A private gated luxury block of 8 flats with parking 1/2 a mile from the underground.

We built this block of 8 luxury flats back in 2010. Our aim was to create luxury private homes secured within a gated block with secure parking. We achieved this and sold them all within 14 months.

The site was located on the east side of High Road East Finchley (A1000). The North Circular Road (A406) is immediately to the North and East Finchley Underground Station (Northern Line) is only ½ a mile to the south. Once cleared the rectangular site extended to a total area of approximately 6,350 sq.ft. The complexity of the build was very challenging as it was on the side of a hill and required a huge amount of excavation.

NEW BUILD LUXURY FLATS IN NORTH FINCHLEY

Flats this close to central London demand a high value and these even more so as they are within a private gated development. As the flats are close to The Bishops Avenue they achieved above market value. North Finchley N2 is one of the more expensive areas to live in London. At the time of publishing this post a house in the Bishops Avenue sold for just over 22 Million Pounds.
